Introductory and Promotional Allowances:
Curry And Spice Co. offers 1 case free with purchase of 10 cases as an introductory offer. We have found that 10 cases sell quickly (if not the same day) after a Demos and Tasting in the store.
Promotions and Advertising:
Curry And Spice Co believes in promoting the product along with the store name. We will be happy to create a "buzz" at the local level via newspaper ads, radio broadcasts and local weekly's. We are committed to providing Demos and Tasting at the store. Please see our Demo section for additional information. We will also help educate your staff about our new product and its uses. If your store provides in-store specials or cooking shows, please contact us.
Product Liability:
Curry And Spice Co. is Commercially Insured for product liability, including but not limited to products, general aggregate, personal injury, medical expenses, terrorism and fire damage. Please contact us for additional info at 434-978-4804
Sales Guarantee:
We are committed to stand by our products. We offer a full refund for 100%customer satisfaction. We will accept store returns on behalf of customers for 100% customer satisfaction, breakage, spoilage and recall if necessary. We also accept direct customer returns/comments by email.
Product Merchandising:
Curry And Spice Co. is a ethnic gourmet product. We would like to see this product in the ethnic/international section as well as the Sauce section. Curry And Spice Co. would be happy to provide shelf labels and ethnic decorations for the product in the new product section and during sales promotions/demos. We will be happy to discuss product placement with your individual store/ merchandising manager.
Product specifications:
12 glass jars of 10oz per case. Product meets all FDA regulations. Product is dressed with hangtag with recipes for the customer. Product has shrink band to avoid contamination. Product has a manufactured on date. Case weight of 16 lbs. Case dimensions 5x9x12 inches. The manufactured date/code is present on shrinkband of every unit.
Demos and Tasting:
Curry And Spice Co. is committed to product awareness and overall store sales. We will be happy to provide tasting and demos in your store initially within 60 days or upon request. We will provide a professional demo with samples, recipes and advertising. We will work with your product manager to satisfy your company/store policies to work out agreeable arrangements.

CAS FOODS WHOLESALE ORDERS: TERMS, SHIPPING AND SALES
Terms: Initial orders prepaid or COD. Orders can also be shipped prepaid (after check clears) or COD (cashiers check or money order only on orders over $200). For terms after the first order, submit our credit application and a signed authorization for your bank to release credit information; allow up to six weeks for processing. Virginia customers must include Form ST-10 for sales tax exemption. Past due accounts are subject to a finance charge of up to 1.5% per month and may be reported to credit alliances. Minimum orders/Reorders: Minimum opening order $200. Below minimum order service charge is $10. Reorders: 2 cases. We do not break cases except for certain promotions.
Rush Orders: We will ship your order within 1 business day for an additional $5 (orders under $200). Orders over $200 add 2% of product total not to exceed $20.
Buying Samples: For a $5 service charge plus shipping, single products can be purchased for buying decisions. Limit 6 samples.
Shipping/Delivery Time: All prices FOB Charlottesville, VA. Shipping by DHL/USPS. Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. Expect minor delays during the holidays, allow 2-6 additional days for delivery.
Shortages/Damages/Returns/Refused Goods: Please report any damages or shortages within 48hours of receipt. Report any damages to the carrier immediately. Save all packing materials (box, etc) for inspection. No returns accepted. Refused CODs or orders canceled after shipment will be subject to a $25 service charge plus shipping costs.
Shelf life: Canned products have best quality if consumed within two years. Products should be stored in cool, dry area out of sunlight and used within one year for best flavor. Sunlight fades labels, which decreases sales. Please place products out of sunlight.
Tasting Samples: Upon request, with your order you may receive samples and tasting instructions for products. There may be a nominal charge for some samples.
