Tandoori
murgh -- Tandoori chicken
3lbs or 1 whole
chicken cut up
1 jar Mogul Masala Curry
½ cup plain yogurt
1 lemon
Skin chicken
and make slits in chicken pieces. Mix yogurt and Mogul Masala in
a small bowl. Marinade chicken pieces in yogurt and Mogul Masala
mix. Squeeze lemon juice on chicken and set aside for at least 20
minutes. Preheat oven on broil setting. In a casserole/baking dish
arrange chicken pieces and bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.
Serve warm or cold.
