Shahi Korma - Royal Lamb curry
Serves 6 in about 20 minutes
1 jar Gosht Masala Curry
3 lbs lamb for stew
fresh coriander and/or lemon for garnish (optional)
In a medium saucepan, pour Gosht Masala Curry on medium heat and bring to a simmer (about 2 minutes). Add lamb and stir. Continue cooking on medium heat until lamb is done (about 15 minutes). Add salt to taste. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander and/or lemon slices. Serve with rice or bread and vegetables.
