Pork Vindaloo
Serves 6 in about 20 minutes.
1 Jar Vindaloo curry
2 lbs lean pork (shoulder or picnic)
Cut pork into bite size pieces. Pour Vindaloo curry in a medium saucepan on medium heat and bring to a simmer, about 2 minutes. Add the pork and stir occasionally. Cook about 20 minutes or until done. Add salt to taste. Serve with rice or bread.
