Murgh -- Butter Chicken
Serves about 4 in about 45 minutes
Tandoori Chicken
(see previous recipe)
1 jar Mogul Masala Curry
1 stick or ¼ lb butter melted.
½ cup heavy cream
Fresh coriander for garnish
Freshly prepared
Tandoori Chicken according to previous recipe and set aside in bowl.
In a saucepan pour Mogul Masala Curry on medium heat until warm
about a minute or two. Stir in the heavy cream. Fold the melted
butter until incorporated into the sauce. Add the Tandoori chicken
(not the drippings) and warm for a minute or two. Serve chicken
on platter and spoon sauce over the top. Enjoy.
