Gobi
Aloo Bhaji -- (Cauliflower Potato vegetable)
Serves about 4 in about 20 minutes
1 cauliflower
head
2-3 medium potatoes.
½ jar Garam Masala Curry
fresh coriander chopped for garnish
Boil cauliflower
and potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and keep aside.
Break cauliflower into flowerets. Peel and cube potatoes. In a saucepan,
pour ½ jar of Garam Masala Curry on medium heat until warm-
about 1-2 minutes. Add vegetables and stir until curry has coated
all the vegetables. Lower heat, be careful that the vegetables don't
burn and stick. Turn off heat. Add salt if necessary. Garnish and
serve.
