Goan Beef curry
Serves 6 in about 20 minutes
1 jar Gosht Masala Curry
2 lbs beef (chuck/blade or stew)
2 medium potatoes
Peel potatoes and cut beef into bite size pieces. In a medium saucepan, pour Gosht Masala on medium heat and bring to a simmer (about 2 minutes). Add beef and potatoes and stir. Continue cooking until done (about 15 minutes). Serve with rice and vegetables.
