Goa Fish curry
Serves 6 in about 10-20 minutes
1 Jar Goa Coconut Curry
2 lbs shrimp fresh or frozen (shelled and deveined)
or
2 lbs of fish fillets fresh or frozen
Pour Goa Coconut curry in a medium saucepan on medium heat and bring to a simmer (about 2 min). Add seafood and stir occasionally. Shrimp will be done when it turns pink and curls up (do not let the shrimp curl too tight- it will be tough). Check fish fillets with a fork to see if done. Add salt to taste. Serve with rice.
