Gajar,
matar aur gobe bhaji -- carrots, peas
& potatoes vegetables
Serves 2-3 in about 20 minutes
1 lb frozen
vegetable mix
½ jar Garam Masala Curry
Sliced tomatoes for garnish
Boil vegetables
in salted water until tender. Drain and set aside. In a saucepan
pour ½ jar Garam Masala Curry on medium heat- about 1-2 minutes.
Add vegetables and stir until curry has coated all the vegetables.
Lower heat, be careful that the vegetables don't burn. Add salt
if necessary. Turn off heat. Garnish and serve.
