Chicken
Tikka -- Curry Chicken
Makes about
6 servings in about 20 minutes
1 jar Mogul
Masala Curry
2 lbs chicken in bite size pieces
Chopped coriander and lemon wedges for garnish (optional)
In a saucepan,
pour contents of Mogul Masala Curry and bring to a simmer for about
2 minutes. Adjust to medium heat, and add chicken. Stir occasionally
until done. Taste, if it is too spicy, add a little sour cream or
milk while stirring and simmer for another minute or two. Garnish
with tomato wedges and coriander. Enjoy with rice or bread.
