Rice
The easiest and almost perfect way to cook rice is in the microwave.
1 cup of rice, add 2 cups of water, salt to taste. Microwave about
10-12 minutes depending on your microwave. Check rice and fluff with
a fork. Add a little water if dry or not done completely and cook
for a few more minutes. Fluff again with a fork. Cover let stand for
2-3 minutes. Serve with any dish.
